The project consists of a two-storey stone volume and a timber clad single storey volume, connected by a glass link. The single storey volume hosts the family room to the front and the plant room and the office to the back. The two-storey volume is home to the playroom to the front, a bedroom to the rear.
The central core of the house benefits from a private courtyard garden, which seamlessly integrates the outdoor and the main family indoor spaces.
